They reached out to us to redesign their Pelican data validation tool, aiming to build a scalable platform that addresses user challenges and enhances usability.

The primary goal was to realign the tool with the company’s vision by overhauling its UX and UI. This revamp aimed to make it faster, more intuitive, and ready for the future, ultimately enhancing usability, tackling user challenges, and showcasing Pelican’s effectiveness.
Business offerings and Product walkthrough
We got a 360 view of the org and where Tool sits in the ecosystem. Through the walkthrough, we also got a live demonstration of Pelican being used, it’s many benefits, and evident challenges.
Stakeholders workshop
We conducted a session with department heads and key stakeholders to discuss challenges and opportunities related to Pelican. This allowed us to align on business and product objectives, as well as our overall vision.
Focus group discussions
An open discussion, guided by some of our questions, this helped us with understanding a fresh perspective and the challenges and hopes of folks using Pelican everyday.
