By leveraging AI agents, the platform enables 2–3X faster adoption of modern data platforms and domain-specific AI compared to traditional methods.

Goal was to build a one-stop solution that unifies all data migration tools, allowing users to execute, manage, and track the entire process from a single platform. By leveraging AI, we aimed to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and deliver faster, more efficient outcomes.
Users Perspective
Since the product users are within the company, it was easy to connect with them, identify real pain points in workflows and team collaboration, and explore how AI can simplify their processes.
Navigation Simplified
Since the product is a shift from traditional tools, navigation needed to be simple with minimal steps. A sitemap was created to map and understand the flow of data.
Challenges we found

End-to-end migration process streamlined to reduce complexity and save time.
Clear visibility into each stage of migration with real-time status updates.
A one-stop solution designed for ease of use, requiring minimal manual intervention.
The design team did an exceptional job.
